Afrobasket 2021 Qualification: Anderson Correia is the mirror of the squad conviction in qualifying for Rwanda

Praia, Feb 15 (Inforpress) – The Cabo Verdean basketball team leaves partly this Sunday to Tunisia, with technical scale in Morocco, with all the staff convinced in the qualification for Afrobasket’2021, to be played in Rwanda.

The Cabo Verdean coach, Emanuel “Mané” Trovoada, explained to Inforpress that the Creole delegation leaves the Cabo Verdean capital with a part of the selected ones, to join, in Tunisia, the players who are in the championships in Europe.

With a feeling of optimism, struggle and determination, the team is confident in the qualification of this event will take place from the 17th of this month, in Tunisia, with Cabo Verde having the national teams of Morocco, Egypt and Uganda on its way.

This belief was shared by Inforpress by the winger Anderson Anderson Correia, who expressed his satisfaction with the “valuable” way in which the training sessions of the second phase took place in Tarrafal de Santiago, claiming that the mistakes made have already been corrected, so that Cabo Verde can manage wins in all three matches and return with qualification.
