Praia, Apr 21 (Inforpress) – The Cabo Verdean Association for combating Gender-Based Violence (ACLCVBG) shares this Thursday, with the partners of the “Djuntu pa igualdadi” (Together for equality) project, the experiences on the GBV law participatory audit.
The information was forwarded to Inforpress by the project coordinator, Debora Cristina Vera-Cruz, who explained the project began to be implemented in January 2020 and has developed several activities in partnership with civil society organizations, institutions from various sectors, victims of GBV, high school students among others.
“It is a time for us to present the work done so far, what has been most expressive, the Gender-Based Violence law participatory audit, a work that is being developed at national level with civil society organizations in partnership with Morabi,” she said.
The idea, according to the “Djuntu pa igualdadi” coordinator, is that each of the partners shares the experience they have had on the ground. On the other hand, the result of a work developed with the students of the Pedro Gomes High School, in Achada Santo António, city of Praia, on gender equality, combating GBV and other related topics will be presented.
